EBay has appointed VCCP as its lead creative agency across Europe following a competitive pitch. DDB Berlin was the brand's agency of record in Italy and Germany, with Adam & Eve/DDB providing creative support in the UK. 

Deliveroo has appointed Fallon London for creative advertising and MediaCom for media planning and buying. The brand launched its first TV ad in the UK this week. 

Vimto has appointed Quiet Storm as its lead creative agency in the UK following a competitive pitch informed by Creativebrief. The incumbent was Driven.

HP has appointed PHD to handle its global digital media business. The Omnicom agency already handled the computer giant's traditional media business, while WPP's Essence is the digital media incumbent.  

Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy has tasked Threepipe with launching Aero Heavenly, a new premium mousse in a large single tub which goes on sale this month.

Ornua Foods has appointed Above & Beyond as its retained creative agency for Kerrygold and Pilgrims Choice. A pitch was called and the incumbent, Karmarama, did not repitch after it won the Philadelphia account in January.

23red has been awarded the first win on the new government roster after winning a pitch for the Department for Communities and Local Government. 23red has been tasked with developing the creative for a digital, social and out-of-home campaign for the upcoming mayoral elections in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Greater Manchester, Liverpool city region, West of England, West Midlands and Tees Valley.

The Bhopal Medical Appeal, an NGO working to better the lives of thousands of people affected by the Bhopal disaster in India, has chosen to partner with Soul on its advertising. There is no incumbent.
