With a Brand of the Year award win under its belt and five consecutive years of double-digit growth, Alpro is now looking for a senior customer marketing manager to lead a highly talented team and build strategic partnerships that will help to grow the brand.
Vicky Upton, head of marketing at Alpro UK & Ireland, tells us more about the brand’s dynamic role and why it couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the ranks.

Tell me more about the role you’re recruiting for
We’re looking for a talented, ambitious senior customer marketing manager to lead a highly talented team and build strategic partnerships that will help to grow the brand. We’re working on a number of hugely exciting projects across all retail channels to fuel the soaring demand for plant-based food and drink, so it couldn’t be a more exciting time to take on this role.

I was already working in FMCG so Alpro was very much on my radar as an emerging brand with its finger on the pulse and huge potential for growth. I wanted a new challenge in a dynamic business where I could really make a difference. Alpro ticked all of the boxes, and when I realised what a passionate and collaborative team of people work there, it was a bit of a no-brainer. It’s been a whirlwind few years and I’m excited for many more to come!
