The digital start-up, founded by Andy Sandoz, Paddy Griffith and Martin Brooks, was briefed without a pitch to create an online campaign to drive annual subscriptions to the magazine.
The work, which focuses on giving the style bible as a gift, will break in time for Christmas. It will run across both IPC magazine and broader lifestyle sites.
The Wallpaper* digital director, Kay McMahon, said: "It will be a treat to work with such dynamic and possessed creatives. Work Club is destined for great things."
Brooks said: "To be picked as a creative resource by a design and style icon is thrilling."
Wallpaper*'s online presence, www.wallpaper.com, has doubled its page views in the past 12 months.
In June, IPC poached Nick Bradley from Hachette Filipacchi to fill the new position of director of digital advertising. Bradley is responsible for developing and implementing a digital advertising strategy across the company.
