The pair join from DDB, where they worked as a senior team on accounts including Volkswagen and McDonald's. At Selmore, they will work alongside the creative partners Poppe van Pelt and Diederick Hillenius.
Meanwhile, Selmore's finance and operations director, Angelique de Hont, has been promoted to partner.
De Hont has worked at the agency for less than year, having moved from her position as the internet communications manager at the retailer Hema.
Before joining Hema, she was an operations consultant at Tequila\, and an operations director at Lowe Live.
