180 will now develop a brand strategy and creative work for release in The Netherlands, with the first executions expected to break early next year.
The agency will also take the lead in communicating Versatel's offering to consumers in Belgium.
The telecommunications network, which was founded in 1995, operates predominantly in the Dutch, Belgian and German markets, reaching more than one million customers.
Versatel is the first Dutch client for 180, whose clients include Adidas, Dunlop and Dr Pepper.
