The World: Auckland - Publicis Mojo signs Saatchi & Saatchi creatives

The Saatchi & Saatchi Wellington creatives Chris Bleackley and John Plimmer have joined Publicis Mojo, in Auckland.

Plimmer was the creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand until the appointment in October 2004 of Mike O'Sullivan from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne. He is best-known outside New Zealand for his "bugger" spot for Toyota, which was created with John Fisher and Howard Grieve.

Plimmer and Bleackley's departure from Saatchi & Saatchi was widely predicted following the downsizing of the Wellington office in October this year.

The team joins the typographer Len Cheeseman, who joined Publicis Mojo from Saatchi & Saatchi earlier this year.
