The World: Bahrain - Truly London wins Alibaba.com creative task

Alibaba.com, the world's largest business-to-business e-commerce company, has appointed Truly London to its EMEA creative account following a three-way pitch against undisclosed agencies.

Truly will handle creative, brand advertising and media buying across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, out of its offices in London and Bahrain.

News of the win comes soon after Truly London appointed Paul Simons, the former chief executive of Ogilvy & Mather, as its new chief executive.

Alibaba.com, which provides a platform for buyers and suppliers around the world to do business online, has more than 40 million members registered across 240 countries.
