Kitsana Kaewtumrong, the authority's head of international advertising, said the plan was for the winning agency to begin working on the business next year. The creative and media assignments are likely to be pitched together.
The review was sparked by senior changes at the authority after last September's military coup, which ousted the prime minister, Thaksin Shinawatra.
