The World: Beijing - GQ to become Conde Nast's fourth title in China

China is set to become the 17th country to publish GQ, Conde Nast's monthly men's magazine.

The first issue of the new title will be released in October and will be produced by Conde Nast under a copyright co-operation agreement with China News Service, the Chinese media agency.

GQ will become the fourth Conde Nast title to appear in China, alongside Vogue, Self and Modern Bride.

Jonathan Newhouse, the chairman of Conde Nast International, said: "GQ is a flagship title of Conde Nast and we believe the magazine will be a success in the Chinese market."
