The World: Beijing - Ogilvy & Mather holds on to £65m Motorola creative

Ogilvy & Mather has retained Motorola's £65 million creative business across the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific region.

The network has been in a protracted pitch for the business since early 2006.

In Asia, Ogilvy pitched against TBWA\ Asia, while in the high-growth markets of India, South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa, it pitched against both BBDO and TBWA. The pitches were part of a global review instigated by Motorola that has seen O&M lose out to Omnicom in both the US and European markets.
