The World: Beijing - Six agencies to pitch for Carlsberg China brands

Carlsberg China has called a creative review in preparation for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.

The international beer giant is looking for an agency to handle its Carlsberg Green Label and Chill brands.

Six agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, Euro RSCG, Wieden & Kennedy and Young & Rubicam, are entering the pitch process, which is being overseen by the marketing consultancy R3. The incumbents - Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Fallon - will not be contesting for the business.

The review began with credentials presentations, and workshops are due to take place by the end of November.
