The World: Bogota - Euro RSCG Bogota to handle Carrefour's ad brief

Carrefour, the European retailing giant, has appointed Euro RSCG Bogota to its Colombian advertising account.

The agency picked up the business after a five-way pitch against DDB, Wunderman, JWT and the incumbent, Publicis.

The agency will be handling the advertising for all of the retailer's brands, as well as creating a launch strategy for the company as it begins the roll-out of its new smaller format stores throughout the country.
