The Arby's-owned company, which has almost 7,000 restaurants worldwide, is reviewing all advertising disciplines, including its TV, media and below-the- line accounts.
The brand has asked a number of agencies, including the incumbents, to pitch for the business.
Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners is currently the lead creative agency on the account, although Saatchi & Saatchi X and Vidal Partnership also work for the brand. Media is handled by MediaVest.
