The station has accused TNS-AGB of acting "out of certain interests". TNS-AGB insists the data was correct.
According to TNS-AGB, Observator, Antena 1's bulletin, had a 4.1 per cent audience share during a six-week period in August and September. Pro TV, its main rival, enjoyed a ratings rise for its bulletin from 5.2 per cent to 7.2 per cent.
Antena 1 has appealed to the Romanian Association for Audience Research for an audit on TNS-AGB. But a result is unlikely before January, when the company will no longer be the official audience provider.
