The World: Chicago - DraftFCB chief could face grilling in Roehm lawsuit

Howard Draft, the DraftFCB chief executive, could be called to give evidence in a lawsuit filed against Wal-Mart by its former marketing chief, Julie Roehm.

She said she planned to call witnesses that could include "any or all current and former employees" of the agencies that competed for the retail giant's $570 million account.

DraftFCB was relieved of the business after just two months, and Roehm was fired over an alleged inappropriate relationship with a colleague.

Others named by Roehm as potential witnesses include Bob Jeffrey, the JWT chief executive, and David Verklin, the Carat president.
