The World: Chicago - Klues takes chairman role at Publicis Groupe Media

Jack Klues has been handed the task of driving the growth of the two Publicis-owned media networks, Starcom MediaVest and ZenithOptimedia.

Is his new role as the chairman of Publicis Groupe Media, Klues fills the gap created by Roger Haupt, who announced his retirement last year.

Klues, who is based is Chicago, will be succeeded as the chief executive at Starcom MediaVest by Renetta McCann, currently the chief executive of Starcom MediaVest Group in the Americas. An industry veteran of 27 years, she was part of the team that helped to launch Starcom as an independent media agency in 1998.
