The World: Chicago - Quaker Oats review sees Element 79 off roster

PepsiCo's Quaker Oats is reviewing the last of the business that Element 79 holds with the group, resulting in the agency being completely removed from the PepsiCo roster.

The brands involved in the new review include Quaker's oatmeal, snack bars and rice cakes, as well as Cracker Jack and Rice-A-Roni.

Collectively, the brands spent almost $190 million in measured media in 2007. They have already spent around $95 million in the first half of 2008.

News of the review comes just months after PepsiCo moved its Gatorade and Tropicana accounts out of Element 79, and into TBWA\Chiat\Day and Arnell Group respectively.
