The World: Dallas - Cadbury calls review of $140m drinks media account

Cadbury Schweppes has put its US media drinks business up for review.

The incumbent, Mediaedge:cia, has been invited to repitch for the business, which was worth $140 million last year, and covers on- and offline advertising. The brands involved in the brief include Dr Pepper, Snapple and Sunkist.

The search is expected to be completed by the end of the year and will focus only on the drinks business. Creative arrangements are unaffected.

Cadbury Schweppes said the review was "to ensure we have the best resources and practices in this competitive market" and "to prepare for the changing media landscape".
