The World: Dallas - JCPenney calls review following Dieste Harmel split

JCPenney's Hispanic account is up for review after the US retailing giant announced it was splitting with the Omnicom-owned Dieste Harmel & Partners.

Between three and five agencies are likely to be invited to contest the business. They include two New York shops - The Vidal Partnership and Conill, a subsidiary of Saatchi & Saatchi, JCPenney's lead agency.

Olivia Vela, the JCPenney director of multicultural marketing, said the account would include creative, media buying and overall account stewardship.
