The World: Hong Kong - Alice Lam moves to Universal to replace Sin

Alice Lam (pictured) has been appointed as the managing director of Universal McCann Hong Kong.

She replaces the former managing director, Roid Sin, who recently left the agency without a job to go to.

Lam, a 23-year media veteran, was appointed as the media director at FCB in 1990. She became the managing director at ZenithOptimedia in 1998 and was promoted to the chief executive of Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific when the agency rebranded as Maxus. Most recently, she worked as a consultant to the clothing manufacturer Clover.
