The World: Hong Kong: TBWA\ snaps up Harvey Nichols revamp job

TBWA\ has been assigned the job of improving the fortunes of Harvey Nichols in the wake of the store's faltering entry into the Hong Kong market.

The agency was given the nod after a pitch against DDB and Ogilvy & Mather.

The store has struggled to make an impact since it opened its Hong Kong outlet in September 2005. Phyllis Liu, the Harvey Nichols head of marketing, said: "TBWA\ demonstrated great enthusiasm and understanding with a disruptive creative idea."
