The World: Hong Kong - Universal McCann swoops for digital expert Toy

Universal McCann has hired Adrian Toy as its regional interactive director for Asia-Pacific, as part of efforts to build its digital media capabilities across the region.

Toy, a former regional head of interactive marketing at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Asia-Pacific, will work on the agency's digital offerings for clients. He will also accelerate moves into online by its traditional marketers.

"Adrian possesses rare insights and a focus on accountability," David Morgan, the president of Universal McCann Asia-Pacific, said. "He will ensure our clients continue to connect a brand's essence to the explosive opportunities in the online space."
