The World: Kuala Lumpur - MindShare and O&M handed airline accounts

Malaysia Airlines has handed its advertising and media accounts to Ogilvy & Mather and MindShare, respectively.

The creative agency picked up its share of the business after a four-way shoot-out between BBDO, JWT and TBWA-ISC.

MindShare successfully pitched for its portion of the account against Carat and ZenithOptimedia.

The appointment sees Publicis - which picked up the business last year when Leo Burnett moved the account to its sister agency - and Starcom losing out.
