The World: Kuala Lumpur - Tan to oversee Group M Singapore operations

Henry Tan, the chief executive of Group M Malaysia, has had his responsibilities extended to include Singapore.

This move was made following the departure of Manpreet Singh this week. Singh announced he was quitting as the chief executive of MindShare's Singapore office without another job to go to.

Jeffrey Seah, the managing director of Starcom Singapore, will move to MindShare to fill a similar role.

Meanwhile, Quinn Taw, the Group M China chief strategy officer, has abruptly left the network, citing family reasons as the motivation behind his departure.

Before joining Group M, Taw spent a year as the managing partner of MindShare China.
