The move sees the agency bolster its relationship with Sara Lee Food & Beverages. It already holds the accounts for the Jimmy Dean, Ball Park, Sara Lee and Senseo brands. TBWA\Chiat\Day's task will be to create an integrated campaign, to be rolled out across the US, for Hillshire Farm products.
