The World: Moscow - Omnicom Media launches PHD in Russia

Omnicom Media Group is continuing its global expansion plans by launching PHD in Russia.

The new agency, formerly Media Wise, is the 13th office opened by PHD this year. Existing Media Wise clients, such as Peugeot, Conde Nast and Dr Oetker, will transfer to PHD.

Julia Rodnevskaya, the chief executive of PHD Russia (pictured), said: "We are looking forward to bringing PHD technologies of finding unique media solutions to our clients in the Russian market."

The team of 33 media planning and buying specialists will work alongside the buying centre OPera and the market research company OMD Metrics.
