The World: Moscow - Publicis defeats three to win Coca-Cola ad account

Publicis United has won the advertising account for Coca-Cola Russia after a pitch against Lowe Advanta, Leo Burnett and the Grey Global Group.

Publicis' winning work will comprise a new communications strategy and creative approach for Coca-Cola in Russia.

Maurice Levy (pictured), the group chairman and chief executive of Publicis Groupe, said: "This is fantastic and I'm very happy for all of us. We did work for Coke in the past in Russia and it's good to be back in business with it again."

The marketing budget for the account was not disclosed.
