The World: Mumbai - ZenithOptimedia picks up Nestle planning and buying

Nestle has awarded ZenithOptimedia its media planning and buying account in India as part of a global review.

ZenithOptimedia, with a team headed by the India chief executive, Ambika Srivastava, saw off Mediaedge:cia, led by Andre Nair, the Asia-Pacific chairman. The incumbent was Universal McCann.

India is the 15th market in the region in which Publicis Groupe has scooped Nestle business as part of the brand's global review.

Meanwhile, MindShare has picked up the company's Greater China account, while Group M has won the company's planning and buying in the Thai market.
