The World: New Dehli - BBDO India beats five to scoop 7 Up business

BBDO India has been appointed to handle the creative assignment on PepsiCo's 7 Up across the region.

The win, which followed a six-way pitch, extends BBDO's relationship with the drinks giant, for which it already handles several brands around the world. It is also the company's lead agency in the US.

JWT will remain PepsiCo's lead agency in India, where its portfolio includes Pepsi, Tropicana, Mirinda and Slice.

Andrew Robertson, the BBDO Worldwide chief executive, said: "Earning a place on PepsiCo's agency roster in India has been a strategic goal for us for years."
