The World: New Dehli - Cobra hands Euro RSCG creative brief for India

Cobra Beer has named Euro RSCG India its first advertising agency in the country.

The agency will handle above- and below-the-line business, with a budget of 70 million rupees.

Euro RSCG India has been briefed to develop a unique advertising platform for Cobra Beer for the Indian market, but one that does not alienate it from the positioning that has been developed in the UK for the brand.

Perses Billmoria, the regional director of Cobra India Beer, said: "India is a key market for Cobra Beer and Euro RSCG India is joining us at an exciting time."
