The World: New York - Dabill defects from Fallon to join Toy as partner

David Dabill, the former Fallon chief operating officer, has been named the third partner of Toy, an agency set up by Ari Merkin and Anne Bologna, the former management team of Fallon New York.

He is the latest in a line of senior executives and creatives to leave the agency. In the past two years, the president and chief creative officer, David Lubars (pictured), the chief marketing officer, Mark Goldstein, and the creative director, Bruce Bilsten, have all departed. Fallon has also lost clients including BMW, Dyson, Lee Jeans and, most recently, Virgin Mobile.
