The World: New York - Deutsch hands Jeff Huggins executive creative role

Deutsch, the Interpublic Group-owned agency, has hired Jeff Huggins as its executive creative director at its New York office.

In this role, Huggins will take on the day-to-day running of the agency's creative department to allow the chief creative officer, Peter Nicholson, more time to work on new business and agency growth. Huggins joins following a year spent working as a freelance creative director on Deutsch's Johnson & Johnson account.

Huggins' career includes a stint as the executive vice-president chief creative at McCann Erickson San Francisco and the worldwide creative director on the network's Microsoft account. He previously worked at JWT in San Francisco.
