The World: New York - DraftFCB merger prompts management rethink

DraftFCB has realigned its international management responsibilities following the merger of the two agencies last June.

Anil Kapoor, the regional president for operations across several Asian markets, will expand his remit of territories. Currently, these include India, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia. They will be widened from this month, and will include Africa and the Asia-Pacific region, except China, which will be managed by Mark Pacchini, the president of global accounts.

Kapoor inherits management responsibility from David Florence, who will focus on the European, Middle Eastern and Canadian markets.
