The World: New York - Euro RSCG in legal fight with former executive

Euro RSCG Worldwide is locked in a legal battle with one of its former executives over allegations of unfair business practice and misrepresentation.

Charlie Tarzian, who was the chief executive of the Euro subsidiary 4D, has filed a suit accusing Euro of interfering with prospective business relationships with clients of his new venture, Last Mile. He claims Euro misrepresented the terms of his employment and slandered him by telling a potential Last Mile client that he was prohibited from providing services according to the terms of his agreement. He is seeking damages of more than $5 million (£2.6 million).

Euro has filed a counter suit against Tarzian accusing him of orchestrating a scheme to unlawfully compete with and Euro, and breaching his employment contract.
