The World: New York - Friedman takes on branded content for @radical

Bob Friedman (pictured), the former president of New Line Television, has been appointed by to head the production company's new branded content arm, Radical Thinking.

Jon Kamen, the chairman and chief executive of, said: "Bob is someone whose experience, creativity and insight will establish valuable brands and great content. Being involved in MTV's start-up and being the president of AOL interactive marketing, combined with a traditional media background, makes him ideally suited to expand the business."
