The World: New York - Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners scoops Avon task

Avon Products has hired Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners to handle the creative and strategic development for its estimated $70 million global fragrance account.

The business includes press, TV and outdoor work for the company's men's and women's fragrances, some of which are endorsed by celebrities such as Salma Hayek and Christian Lacroix.

In a fourth-quarter earnings conference call with analysts, the Avon chief executive, Andrea Jung, said the company has several fragrance endorsement deals planned for the second half of 2008.
