Boyle, who will take the role of global executive creative director on the $400 million account, is replacing Andy Langer. Langer left Lowe in June to join Roberts & Tarlow in New York, also a J&J roster agency.
Boyle will report to the chief creative officer and the chairman of Lowe's New York Office, Mark Wnek (pictured).
