The World: New York - LVMH puts its media account in the US up for grabs

LVMH, the Paris-based luxury goods and fragrance marketer, has called a review of its US media account.

The company, which distributes brands including Louis Vuitton, Moet & Chandon, Christian Dior and Donna Karan, spent around $185 million in major domestic measured media across the US in 2008.

The review process is still in the early stages and a shortlist has yet to be drawn up. However, it has been confirmed that MediaCom, the incumbent on the account, will repitch for the business.
