The World: New York - MediaVest scoops $550m Wrigley media brief

Mars has appointed MediaVest to the $550 million US media planning and buying account for its Wrigley brands.

MediaVest picked up the business out of Mindshare, which had worked on the account since 2006, and will be responsible for the entire Wrigley range, which includes Extra, Orbit and Double Mint.

Mars called a review of the account in April, six months after acquiring the WM Wrigley Jr company.

MediaVest already works with Mars across a number of its brands, including Dove, Galaxy, Pedigree and Twix.
