The World: New York - Saatchis creatives to run WPP-backed start-up

The former Saatchi & Saatchi executive creative directors Jan Jacobs and Leo Premutico have left the company to launch a WPP-backed agency called Johannes Leonardo.

The pair first met at Saatchis in London in 2005, where they worked on the NSPCC's "ventriloquist" ad; between them they have won more than 30 Cannes Lions. The new agency will be based in New York.
