The World: New York - Zenith scoops Gucci Group's $45m US media brief

ZenithOptimedia has landed Gucci Group's $45 million US media. The business, which was previously managed in-house, was secured without a pitch.

News of the appointment comes soon after it was reported that Gucci Group is looking to consolidate its £200 million global media business.

The plans follow the arrival of Nikolas Talonpoika, from ZenithOptimedia, as Gucci's worldwide media planning and buying director in November.
