The World: Paris - Janvier replaces Piot as president of Clear Channel

Hubert Janvier has been appointed the president of Clear Channel France. He replaces Vincent Piot, who is currently "negotiating his future" with the outdoor specialist.

The change follows a difficult period for the French operation, which lost its Paris outdoor contract earlier this year. There was also a strike at the organisation a few days before the official start of the presidential election outdoor campaign.

Meanwhile, SNCF and Reseau Ferre de France are expected to go to tender for the train stations outdoor contract. This is currently held by France Rail Publicite, a Clear Channel subsidiary.
