The World: Paris - Publicis appoints senior executives to head up Marcel

Marcel, the boutique agency owned by the Publicis Groupe, has appointed two senior executives to replace the departed co-presidents, Frederic Raillard and Farid Mokart.

Anne de Maupeou and Frederic Temin will join the agency from CLM/BBDO.

Fred and Farid quit Marcel in October this year to join a new start-up backed by the Havas chairman, Vincent Bollore.

Maurice Levy (pictured), the chairman and chief executive of the Publicis Groupe, said: "Marcel will go on with all of Publicis' support and will be led by two great talents. Anne and Frederic have all the professional and personal qualities to ensure its continuing success."
