Camp will lead the agency's creative department, reporting directly to the chief executive, Karen Francis. He will also work with the executive creative director, Jon Soto, to develop new business and diversify the integrated creative offering.
Camp had worked as a consultant for the agency and was involved in its successful pitches for Altoids and Pinnacle Foods.
Camp, an art director, helped to develop Fallon's acclaimed work for Holiday Inn and extended the agency's work on branded content with the Brawny Academy reality show. He previously oversaw Wieden & Kennedy's creative work for Coca-Cola.
