The World: Shanghai - Agencies line up for Pepsi China media business

Pepsi China has called a review of its media planning and buying account for 2010.

The drinks company has invited the incumbent, Mindshare, OMD Shanghai and Mediaedge:cia to pitch for the business.

Agencies have recently completed the first round of presentations, with a second credentials meeting due to take place later this month.

Harry Hui, the chief marketing officer of Pepsi China, is handling the review.

Pepsi has said it is looking for an agency that can drive efficiency and maximise media investments.
