The World: Shanghai - Hardwick quits post as Publicis' chief executive

Publicis China has lost its second chief executive in a month, with the departure of the Shanghai office chief executive, Neil Hardwick.

It is not yet clear whether Hardwick will be moving to another role within the agency network or leaving it altogether.

Sheena Jeng, the managing director and creative director of the Shanghai office, will assume Hardwick's duties as the chief executive.

Hardwick's departure follows that of the China managing partner and Beijing chief executive, SY Lau, who left the agency last month after a year in the job.
