The World: Shanghai - L'Oreal consolidates $120m Chinese media task

L'Oreal is expected to consolidate its $120 million media buying and planning account for China with Group M and ZenithOptimedia after a lengthy review.

The review covers planning for Maybelline as well as TV planning and buying for the Active Cosmetics range. Group M is expected to pick up the Maybelline business currently handled by Universal McCann. TV buying is likely to be split between ZenithOptimedia and Group M.
