The World: Shanghai - Universal poised to withdraw from J&J China pitch

Universal McCann is expected to pull out of the China part of Johnson & Johnson's $3 billion media review, leaving the incumbent, OMD, to pitch against Aegis Media.

Industry sources say the decision was taken at global level. Universal lost its remaining J&J business in China to OMD last year. It remains unclear whether or not Universal's decision will extend to other Asian markets.
