The pair will work on the agency's Nokia and Heineken accounts and will report to the executive creative director, Rob Gaxiola.
Goldenberg joins the agency from the Los Angeles-based Secret Weapon, while Jacob has been appointed from JWT Singapore, where he was the head of copy.
Gaxiola said in a statement: "Creatively we want to compete with some of the best shops in the world. We can't work in a vacuum. A mix of world-class talent who share the same vision will give our clients the advertising they deserve."
