Paul Heath will be Ogilvy's president and David Mayo its vice-president.
The appointments will move the agency towards a regional management structure and away from its previous operating style of independent, local-market management.
Heath will leave his role of director of operations for Ogilvy Asia-Pacific, while Mayo will add the vice-presidency to his role as the chairman of Ogilvy RedCard.
The changes have been made to accommodate the rapid growth of Ogilvy's regional advertising businesses and to attract new talent.
Ogilvy RedCard's Robert Doswell will assume the general manager role of the agency to cope with Mayo's new responsibilities.
